Keith Loy is the Founding Pastor of Celebrate Church, a multiplication church that launched in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1999. It has since grown into a thriving church. Keith is driven by his passion for reaching the lost, and he is fueled by the personal story of a life changed by Christ.
Through his unique and practical preaching style, vision casting and gifts of leadership, Keith encourages people to live out Celebrate’s vision of helping people MEET JESUS. Keith has a Master of Divinity from Briercrest Biblical Seminary in Caronport, Saskatchewan, a Doctorate of Leadership & Ministry from Sioux Falls Seminary, and was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Kingswood University in Sussex, New Brunswick. Keith and his wife, Kay, have three daughters, Jordan (Lamarr), Jaidyn (Noah) and Jaksyn, as well as two grandchildren (Selah and Aidan).
